MMCH Annual General Meeting


The Annual General Meeting ( AGM) of the Management Committee of Marston
Montgomery Coronation Hall will be held via Zoom on Monday 1st February 2021
at 7.30 p.m
. and will be open to all residents of the parish of Marston Montgomery
aged 18 years and over on the day of the meeting.
The members of the present Management Committee must all stand down at the AGM
and the meeting will be the opportunity to elect six members to serve for the coming
year. These elected members will be joined by one representative appointed by each
of the following Village organisations: The Parish Council, The Primary School, The
Women’s Institute The Arts Society and St Giles Church. The management
committee have the power to c o opt two additional members.
If you wish to stand for election to the committee, please submit your nomination in
writing to the Secretary/ Chair giving your full name, date of birth, full postal
address and the names and addresses of one proposer and seconder. To qualify for
nomination you, your proposer and seconder must all be residents of the parish of
Marston Montgomery and aged 18years or more on the day of the meeting.
Nominations must be received by the secretary on or before Friday 22nd January
2021.
Marston Montgomery Coronation hall is a registered charity ( number 10857030 ) and
all duly elected, appointed and co opted members of the Management Committee
become Trustees of the Charity. The Management Committee is responsible for the
day to day management, upkeep and finances of the hall.Please Contact:
